Presales Consultant
• Attend meetings with potential clients to identify the prospect’s business & technical requirements, needs, and objectives.
• Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames.
• Propose the company’s line of solutions & services and translating those into presentations and Live demonstrations.
• Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
• Conduct business & technical training for clients and employees.
• Answer to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
• Develop competitive Technical & Financial Proposals.
• Create POC implementation plans and deliver the Proof of Concepts (POC).
• Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers.
• Assists customer, prospect, and Sales Representative to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return of Investment).
Skills and Qualifications
• Senior Technical Consultancy customer-facing experience.
• Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience.
• Professional technical documentation writing experience (Proposal, Quotation & Tender).
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• An enthusiastic self-starter attitude that enjoys problem solving.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and activities.
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and work well under pressure.
• Familiar with digital transformation and automation technologies.
• Bilingual Arabic and English speaker.
